The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing awareness and interest among dealers, designers and end-users of Global’s brand, products and capabilities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify/select dealer targets willing and capable of growing Global sales.Identify/involve Global in projects that fit Global’s products services and capabilities.Insure appropriate market coverage by assessing existing dealers’ capacity to grow and identifying new dealer candidates.Call on described end users to generate interest in Global's products.Create and implement business plan by customer for territory sales.Take care of any in-field service issues.Present company programs.Assist in collections when needed. Train dealer sales people.Utilize distribution center showrooms.Introduce new products and programs to dealer principals and salespeople. Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Excellent work ethic.Team player who shares information and works collaboratively with others.Compelling presenter.Ability to communicate efficiently with external and internal clients.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Global, an individual may not be hired at the high end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each potion and candidate. (If a bonus or commissions see below for additional sentence).
