Apollo Electric is looking to hire experienced Electrical Foreman in New York

Must be experienced electrical mechanic or foreman



Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on job sites
  • Plan and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution
  • Ensure proper installation of raceways, cable tray systems, lighting, outlets, and switchgear
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to resolve complex electrical issues
  • Enforce compliance with National Electrical Code and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets safety and performance standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to promote skill development and productivity
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment across all job sites



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience working on residential/commercial electrical or other related fields
  • Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  • Familiarity with Lighting control systems
  • Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to always follow safety protocols
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Skilled at terminating and pulling wires into control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switchgear, receptacles, switches and/or raceways
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
