Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that their equipment is safe, reliable, and performing at optimal levels. This position involves a significant amount of travel to various job sites, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Key Job ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex heavy equipment systems in the field.Install and configure electrical components and systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to improve equipment performance and reliability.Document service work and maintain accurate and timely reports on job status and completed tasks.Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Collaborate with engineering and support teams to address complex problems and implement effective solutionsQualifications/RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in electrical systems or equivalent experience strongly preferredPrior experience with VFDs, MCC, and high voltage Proven experience in industrial electrical systems, especially in a field service capacity.Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.Exceptional troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service.Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.Additional InformationThis role demands physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging conditions, including outdoor sites and various weather conditions.
