Electrician What this job involves: This position involves providing electrical maintenance and repair services for various facility environments within a Commercial Real Estate portfolio. The role requires expertise in maintaining and repairing electrical systems installations and equipment as well as participating in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities to support JLLs facility management operations and ensure optimal building performance for our clients.What your day-to-day will look like:Maintaining and repairing main electrical services distribution services panels and powerline conditionersInspecting and maintaining plant substations transformers and HV switchesInstalling and troubleshooting electrical utilities for production and support equipmentRepairing replacing and maintaining facility lightingPerforming preventative maintenance on emergency electrical power systemsAssisting with electrical needs in manufacturing areasCompleting assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasksProviding backup for diesel fuel deliveryEnsuring electrical installations comply with NEC and IEEE standardsRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalentJourneyman Electricians LicenseMinimum 3-5 years of electrical experienceAbility to interpret drawings and specificationsExperience with electricians hand tools power tools drill motors saws and roto hammersPhysical requirements: Ability to stand kneel crawl bend and use hands fingers and arms for installation and maintenance tasksPreferred Qualifications:Strong math skills and interpersonal abilitiesBasic computer skillsExperience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with high voltage substations and equipmentWillingness to train in safe electrical work practices and high voltage operationsLocation: Onsite - Portsmouth NHLocation:On-site Portsmouth NHIf this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all the requirements.
