Electrician Maintenance at Sodecia

At Sodecia, we're a global manufacturing partner in the automotive industry, specializing in welding and stamping solutions. We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team and keep our production equipment performing at its best.
What You'll Do
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and controls.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and code specifications.
Install wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, and lighting.
Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
Maintain, repair, and test switchgear, transformers, motors, generators, batteries, and control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair stamping presses, robots (Fanuc/Comau), and other machinery using schematics and testing tools.
Program and teach Fanuc and/or Comau robots.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and complete additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Completion of an Industrial Electrician apprenticeship program.
Journeyman's card or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
Trade certification (preferred).
Knowledge of ladder/relay logic, DC drives, and NEC codes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, "Just in Time" manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $36.45 per hour
