Electrician- Maintenance Technician at Fath Properties

Join the team at Fath Properties ! We are seeking candidates to fill two Electrician -Maintenance positions. This position works at all of our properties, located in North Central Dallas

Job details:

• Installation, repair and replacement of wiring within our apartment communities.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Assists with general turnover on vacant apartment units as assigned
• Maintenance could also include occupied residential units.
• On Call required
• Electrical license preferred, but not required.
• Driver's license REQUIRED
• Purchasing and ordering supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly maintenance shop at the apartment community.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Driver's license - required
• Electrical - Journeyman's License- not required but preferred   
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• A minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience
• Leadership skills a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.

Compensation details: 24-27 Hourly Wage
