Earn $250 after your first month another $250 after three months and $500 after six months as a thank-you for joining our team and contributing to our success.Hands-On Impact: Work on a variety of established and evolving electrical systems troubleshooting and upgrading legacy equipment to keep production strong and efficient.Growth-Focused Culture: We invest in our people through training development and opportunities to advance your career in a company thats continually evolving.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain service troubleshoot install and repair electrical and electronic circuitry and related components associated with production equipmentMust have good knowledge in the electronic diagnostics of PLCs AC/DC drive systems various types of computer operated control circuitry and that includes working with voltages up to 480VACUtilize electrical ladder diagrams electronic circuitry diagrams and software programs to modify repair or improve equipment functionalityUse a variety of tools such as: hand/power tools electrical/electronic test equipment and calibration equipmentProficient in the repair of a wide variety of equipmentWork closely with managers other technicians and peers to maintain electronic/electrical systems on new/specialized equipmentAll other duties as assignedRequirementsSkills and AbilitiesHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferredA State Electrical license technical certificate or a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole number common fractions and decimals.Demonstrated skills in leadership organization and communication are necessaryAbility to anticipate problems and implement appropriate preventative measuresAbility to develop new techniques for work processesAbility to redirect to issues as they emerge and reprioritize based on current business conditionsMust possess excellent communication skills and be able to multi-taskBe organized and able to plan prioritize and follow through on projects assigned with minimal supervisionAbility to carry out the responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures and OSHA lawsPhysical RequirementsRequires use of proper body mechanics with pushing pulling reaching lifting squatting kneeling and bendingPushing/pulling and lifting up to 50 lbsRequires fine motor hand and arm movement manual dexterity and coordinationRequires near visual acuityRequires working around and operating departmental equipmentMust be able to access and navigate each department in the facilityRequires the ability to function in a professional manner under stressful circumstancesWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
