Performs preventive maintenance repairs and troubleshoots utilizing specialized test equipment and hand/power tools.EducationRequired -High School diploma or equivalentPreferred -Additional degrees business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.Work ExperienceRequired -2 years in commercial or light industrial experience. Experience with and the ability to properly use all power hand tools and specialized equipment associated with the electrical working with minimal supervision. Experience with reading writing and understanding mechanical and electrical symbolisms to enable one to interpret blueprints schematics specifications and mechanical.CertificationsPreferred -Electrical license necessary after 6 months of hireOtherRequired -Trade school training in the electrical field.
