In this role, you'll work independently and collaboratively to analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain cutting-edge production equipment. You’ll also support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives across the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild complex electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance per schedulesPlan and execute tasks efficiently to minimize production downtimeAssist engineering with equipment modifications and project implementationsCalibrate and repair various instrumentation and measuring equipmentRecord maintenance activities using our computerized maintenance systemWhat You BringHigh school diploma required; vocational training or associate degree in electrical/electronic disciplines preferredMinimum of 3 years; experience in an industrial electrical maintenance role (or 7+ years of experience without formal post-secondary education)Successful completion of a skills assessment and interview processMust have own trade toolsSpecial Credentials & SkillsExpertise in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systemsKnowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, instrumentation, HVAC, plumbing, and pipingProficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and using measurement toolsFamiliar with safety protocols including Lock Out-Tag Out and NFPA 70EComfortable using cranes, hoists, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Certifications (Not Required)MA Journeyman or Master Electrician LicenseMA 2nd Class Fireman LicenseUniversal Refrigeration LicenseClass A or B CDLForklift / Man-lift Certification
