Electromechanical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to support the build and integration of industrial automation and robotic systems. In this role, you will work hands-on with electrical and mechanical components, using a variety of tools and equipment to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair robotic systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment and takes pride in precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in industrial automation and robotic systems
• Perform electrical wiring, control panel assembly, and mechanical assembly
• Test completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on robotic systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate closely with a small team to meet production and project deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

• Electrical wiring and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Control panel assembly experience
• Mechanical assembly skills
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, maintenance, control panels, or PLCs
• Completion of a 2-year technical or trade school program (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Experience working with industrial automation or robotic systems is a plus

Work Schedule & Environment

• MondayThursday: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Optional Friday overtime: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Located in Council Bluffs, IA
• Work alongside a team of experienced Electrical Assembly Technicians in a modern manufacturing setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
