You will perform difficult and complex technical maintenance duties. Your role will involve following a preventative maintenance schedule for our production machines and electrical/electronic equipment. Additionally youll need to ensure the completion of your assigned maintenance work orders and regularly check the progress of your work throughout the facility.As a valued member of our team you will be provided opportunities to continue your company paid education with a local area college. You will gain maintenance repair insight with on-the-job training to learn how to troubleshoot and repair over 20 different specialized print production equipment. We provide the tools on-site that you will need to complete the assigned tasks while ensuring you have the support needed to advance your career with us.What you will do:Perform disassembly repair or replacement of parts and/or production equipmentConduct fitting and alignment of mechanical components for proper functioningUtilize troubleshooting techniques to provide temporary and long-term fixes to minimize downtimeDiagnose and correct maintenance issues on Credit Card Personalization Equipment Mail Inserters Cut Sheet Printers Laser Printers and Card Affixing equipmentAnalyze and interpret schematic diagrams for electronic troubleshootingWhat you will need to have: High School Diploma equivalent work or a combination of work education and military experience.3 years of progressive maintenance repair and electronic/mechanical troubleshootingWilling to go back to school to earn degree or certificationMechanical aptitudeExperience using a computer for data entryExperience with using hand tools like drill screwdriver and soldering equipmentWhat would be great to have:Associate degree in Electronic Technology Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics or equivalent Military training and background5-10 years of production maintenance with electronic repair experienceExperience with IP5000 HP Roll-to-Roll printer Ricoh Cut Sheet PrintersExperience with BlueCrest APS MPS and EPIC inserting equipmentExperience with APEX or Criterion sortersImportant info about this role:You will work an assigned schedule of: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday - FridayEligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shiftsFlexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidaysYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
