Hours & PaySchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift Only)Pay Rate: $17.75 - $21.25 per hour, based on experience and skill levelEmployment Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity What You'll Do Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of printed circuit boards. Use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters to diagnose and resolve issues. Conduct soldering on both surface mount and through-hole components with precision. Apply your skills in sanding, blasting, painting, coating, grinding, and polishing of metal products. Assist in quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Communicate effectively using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (testing required prior to interviews). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in soldering and comfortable using a wide range of test equipment. Prior experience in sanding, blasting, painting, coating, and polishing preferred.
