DescriptionAs an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Senior Advanced at Honeywell you will play a critical role in the design development and optimization of a New Product Integration (NPI) program for accelerometers. This position requires a blend of engineering acumen project management and cross-functional collaboration to develop a test system based on product requirements for our accelerometer product line. You will start with the product requirements design and release the test requirements that align with the product develop the test hardware design and develop the test software.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Test Equipment Requirements Identification and Documentation:- Design and develop test procedures for accelerometers based on product requirements.- Create and release Test Requirement Documents based on test procedures previously developed.2. Test Equipment Design:- Design and develop test hardware and test software in accordance with industry standards.- Create and release test equipment and test software design packages.3. Test Equipment Integration and Validation:- Release integrated test equipment that meets functional test requirements.- Create and release validation reports.4. Measurement System Evaluation:- Perform Measurement System Analyses on the test system to ensure repeatability.- Create and release MSA documentation.5. Test Equipment Documentation:- Create and release test equipment system packages as required.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelors degree from an accredited institution in electrical / electronic engineering or similar.5 years of experience as an electronic test / automation engineer or similar field.WE VALUEStrong knowledge of electronics automation robotics hardware design software design.Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical / Electronic Engineering) or equivalent.Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Experience working across Design / Development and Manufacturing teams.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Results-driven and proactive individual who is capable of working autonomously while maintaining a focus on achieving organizational objectives.Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time to achieve objectives.ABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
