You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Electronic Warfare SpecialistSpecializes in Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) SpecialistProvide technical support to Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Integrated Product Team (IPT).Support specific off-site meetings/conferences (e.g., Operational User Working Groups, Mission Planning Electronic Warfare Working Group) and associated Cyber/EA or multi-domain operations hosted working groups.Provide SME support to IPT in person, on phone, or on travel – related to EMS Fires (EA) or multi-domain operations.Review, comment, and make recommendations on EMS Fire products (e.g., Program Plan, Integrated Milestone Schedule-IMS, Data Deliveries, Data Standards, Verification and Validation Plan products.Collect, analyze, and manage requirements and feedback from the community, as defined by the Joint Cyber/EMS Fires EA JMEM IPT on EA effectiveness data (weapon/target characterizations (WC/TC); EA Effectiveness Models; and Operational Effectiveness Metrics and Usage needs.Coordinate requirements and collection database standards with the JTCG/ME and other IPTs.Draft meeting agendas, briefing materials, minutes, surveys, plans, estimates, status reports, and resolutions for government review and release.Minimum Qualifications of Electronic Warfare SpecialistBachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
