We need someone with the skills and experience required to test qualify and repair electronic PCAs and our radar systems. Youll learn how to operate and become an expert in running and repairing our radar systems. Learning the function and purpose of each PCA cable and subassembly culminating with the final radars. We have many different versions of our products and there is always something exciting and new to work on. Youll be constantly learning evolving and cross training. These are some of the things that are important to us:You love working on and with electronicsYou love to learn and you enjoy solving problems with circuit boards and assembliesYou can read blueprints wiring diagrams schematic drawings and engineering instructions for assembling and repairing electronics and radar systemsYoure comfortable working with command-line interfaces and with Linux You are familiar with setting up and operating complex test equipment to evaluate performance of parts assemblies and radar systemsYoure familiar with and able to use RF and Digital test equipment You have pride in promoting and executing quality standards inspection processes test methodology documents and reportsYou prefer an organized and clean manufacturing environment and will do your part to keep it that way You can or want to learn to hand solder components to IPC Class 3 specifications repairing as neededPreferred experiences:A background in electronics theory. A minimum of 2 years of electrical/electronics coursework 2-year degree with electronics major or equivalent military occupational training in electronics.The ability to troubleshoot faulty circuits to component level.The ability to work a 40-hour work week.We like to take care of our team members.
