Meet the health and physical requirements and be fingerprinted if not already on file.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Prepare and serve food in an efficient, courteous mannerMaintain high standards of safety and cleanlinessMust utilize standardized recipes and serve food in required portionsMust be able to follow directions and work cooperatively with othersMust have adequate computer skills to operate the point-of-saleMust follow HACCP guidelines and complete paperwork related to HACCPMust be able to keep student meal status confidentialAttend a minimum of four hours training/inservice related to work annuallyObserve all federal, state and local regulations relating to school food serviceoperationsPossess the ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship withfaculty, staff, and studentsAbstain from the use of tobacco and alcohol while on the jobPerform other work related duties as assigned.
