To learn more visit our benefits and perks page.Position Overview:Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm An Email Marketing Associate will exhibit expertise in Marketing Automation Predictive Analytics Lead Nurturing and the art and science of messaging. This position will utilize those skills in various aspects of Digi-Keys email marketing initiatives for prospecting to new customers and increasing loyalty among existing customers. This is an essential onsite role; it will require a minimum of two days per week in the office and availability for projects in the office as needed.Responsibilities:Provide analytic data related to your email marketing initiativesServe as marketing liaison to other Digi-Key departments for cross-channel campaignsSet-up test and launch email campaigns with heavy emphasis on customer segmentation testing protocol and technical executionUnderstand and utilize reporting of automated trigger and transactional emails and implement new product recommendations to improve performanceCreate new email templates segmentation filters and update existing email creatives. Contribute towards the continued modernization and evolution of the brandEnsure rendering consistency of email campaigns in webmail and app-based email clients (Gmail iOS Mail Windows Mail etc.)Optimize graphic elements for desktop and mobile devicesDevelop HTML for email creative. Code new personalization modules and version emails to support segmentation strategiesManage reporting of automated trigger and transactional emails and implement new product recommendations to improve performanceExecutedeploy various channel marketing initiativesAdhere to production schedules and deadlinesCollate creative content to produce ultimate send piecesInteract as needed with vendor partners to execute marketing initiativesEnsure the creative approval process for design requirements is met prior to submittingDevelop proficiency in necessary systems such as marketing automation and content managementOther duties as assigned including but not limited to possible reallocation of efforts to other organizations per business need and management request.Take on additional responsibilities from Email Marketing Managers or Email Marketing leadershipRequired Knowledge Skills and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration or similar area of study or equivalent relevant work experienceEmail deployment certifications (e.g. Marketo Google etc) (Preferred)Thoroughness and exceptional accuracy proofing emailsMeticulous with managing data across different spreadsheets and platforms.Swiftly re-prioritize tasks manage change and re-adjust strategies based on client needsBe a problem solver and have a proactive approach to tackling projectsSelf-motivated to work independently and prioritize and manage numerous deadlinesExcellent writing skillsTime ManagementManage ExecutionThoroughnessProblem Solving & AnalysisStrong communication and customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications:Comfortable executing upon A/B test hypotheses such as subject lines content design/layout or timing to increase customer engagement and retention while decreasing unsubscribesGood understanding of enterprise lead and sales funnel workflow e.g. Integration across Sales Marketing and Customer supportWorking knowledge of the e-commerce / online retail space CRM integrations (Salesforce Eloqua HubSpot Marketo etc.) shopping engines and complex integrationsExperience with email deployment platformsPhysical Requirements:Generally spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices such as but not limited to keyboard mouse and screenGenerally spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands head and other parts of your bodyCompensation:The base pay range for this position is:$23.50to$32.25Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
