Lead end-to-end email campaign management including strategy design (using existing templates) production copy-editing distribution and reportingDesign and build a variety of emailsfrom conversion-focused sales campaigns to season announcements event reminders donor communications and audience engagementUtilize Tessitura (CRM) to pull lists segment audiences and track performance; execute campaigns through Wordfly (email platform)Ensure impeccable standards in grammar style and brand alignment across all campaignsCoordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines aligned with performance schedules and sales initiativesCollaborate closely with Marketing Box Office Advancement and PR teams to coordinate messaging and timingTrack and report on key metrics including open rates CTR and conversions delivering regular campaign summariesTest deliverability across devices and email clients to optimize performanceMaintain brand stewardship crafting emails that embody the brands unique voice and visual identityWork with audience segments including subscribers single ticket buyers and prospectsCollaborate with freelance copywriters designers photographers and external vendorsDocument all processes you establish as new SOPs are developedQualifications : 3 years of digital marketing experience with strong email marketing expertiseProficiency with email marketing platforms (Tessitura and Wordfly experience highly preferred; Mailchimp or Klaviyo experience also valuable)Experience with CRM tools that have integrated email marketing capabilitiesProven track record managing multiple email campaigns targeting different audiencesStrong copy-editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to grammar messaging and clarityAnalytical mindset with ability to track metrics and optimize for higher conversion ratesKnowledge of email deliverability testing across devices and clientsExperience with clients or organizations that have a ticket sales component (bonus)Familiarity with Asana for project management tracking (helpful but not required)Process-driven approach with ability to create and follow SOPsPerforming arts or adjacent industry experience is a bonusResourceful tenacious and resilient with a sense of humorPassion for supporting team successAdditional Information : We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
