This role supports a Navycustomer in Lexington Park MD.Job Description and Responsibilities:The Embedded NMCI POC is responsible for performing NMCI related actions within their designated Mission Aligned Group/PMA to include Ordering Data Accuracy Delivery Completeness Reporting Customer Assistance MAC (Move Add Change) Implementation Seat Management and Customer Satisfaction. It is the duty of the Embedded NMCI POC to serve as a liaison between the NAVAIR Customer Technical Representative (CTR) Team the Primary Mission Aligned Group/PMA POC and end users for the respective Mission Aligned Group/PMA.Embedded NMCI POC duties include: NMCI computer peripheral and network troubleshooting support hardware/software ordering maintaining data accuracy in government information technology systems delivery completeness reporting customer assistance Move/Add/Change (MAC) submissions seat management and administrative support. Basic Requirements:A mid-level has 3 or more years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position.Previous or current NMCI POC experienceKnowledge of the NAVAIR OrganizationSecurity certification (preferred)Education Requirements:Bachelors degree preferred. Substitutions includeAssociates Degree plus 2 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors school diploma or GED and/or a relevant technical certification plus 4 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)Telework and Travel:Onsite 100%. < 5% travelContract: This position is supporting an active funded contract.Perrygo Consulting Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer for all individuals including protected veterans and those with disabilities.
