We care about our team member well-being and offer benefits that complement and support your work/life balance.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs a ED Charge Nurse you will be a central figure in patient care seamlessly navigating the healthcare journey to achieve optimal outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.Every day you will strategically assess plan and facilitate comprehensive care across the continuum expertly advocating for patients while collaborating with physicians nursing departments insurers and post-acute providers to ensure timely high-quality transitions.Ability to serve as leader and teammateEnsure your direct reports and department are positioned to deliver the best care possible to our patientsHigh level of engagement with the floor- visibly connecting with nurses patients and familiesAttend meetings with leadership to learn about new initiatives areas for improvement etc. and share that information with your teamMonitor productivity and efficiency of your departmentMentor people on your team.
