The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Type Full-Time/Regular The Emergency Management Planner supports the institutions resilience and safety by coordinating efforts to prepare, respond to, and recover from emergencies. Reporting to the Executive Director of Emergency Management, this role helps maintain and update emergency plans and annexes, assists with hazard and risk assessments, supports drills and exercises, gathers data and feedback, and collaborates across campus units and external partners. The Planner also assists in emergency communication and notification activities, ensuring readiness and clarity when incidents occur. In addition, the EM Planner also serves as the Clery Committee Coordinator, managing committee logistics, gathering and organizing crime and disciplinary data, supporting Campus Security Authority (CSA) training, and assisting with timely Clery Act reporting and documentation.
