It serves a regional population of 97,000 with a network of 5 clinics and 1 hospital in the area.Opportunity: BC/BE - Emergency MedicineThis is an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician (or BC/BE Family Medicine with EM experience) to join a collegial, team-oriented department. The facility is seeking to add a 5th physician to their current team of 4 emergency medicine providers.Job Details:1.0 FTE position consisting of 11 shifts per month with opportunities to pick up additional shifts24-hour coverage with 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)Single physician coverage during 1:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. with additional coverage during peak volume timesNP/PA coverage weekdays and weekends (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m., 7 days a week)Annual volume of 13,000-14,000 patient visits per yearAverage patient volume of 16-18 patients per dayEPIC DAX ambient voice system for clinical documentationFlexible scheduling options availableOpportunity to be involved with leadership in this physician-led organizationRequired certifications: ACLS, ATLS/CALS, PALSCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice insurance included.
