Coverage Needed: As soon as credentialed - ongoing Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts Minimum 6-8 shifts per month ED Provider shifts 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am Clinical Information: Must be willing to work at FSED's associated with main facility 18-bed ED Annual ED Volume: 20,000 Physician Coverage Daily: 24 hours; 12-hour shifts APP Coverage Daily: during peak times Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation Phlebotomy to the ED during surges, difficult sticks, or sepsis/stroke alerts MRI, CT scan, X-ray, Ultrasound ED Volume: Currently 60 patients a day, down to low 50s, in summer; Goes up to 70 patients a day Jan-March APP: Currently 9am-9pm, 10am-8am summer, Jan- March: 9am-9pm, Noon-10pm Required: DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active ABEM Active FL License Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role Must guarantee minimum 6-8 shifts per month
