Coverage Needed:Start Date: DecemberEnd Date: OngoingSchedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:30 PM - 7:30 AMSpecific Dates: AM (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM) on 16, 29, 30; PM (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM) on 23, 26, 27Clinical Details:Emergency Department with 15 total bedsApproximately 22,000 visits per yearAverage number of ED Patients/Day: 63Average number of Admissions/Day: 11Level II Trauma CenterEMR: EPICSupport Staff: 1 MD 24/7, 1 APP every 12 hours24/7 Hospitalist programs (Med-Peds)24-hour Radiology and Surgical Services availableOrtho available 4 days/weekCardiology on site 2 days/weekCritical Care via telemedicinePsychiatry availableRequirements:ABEM certified physicianWill accept EM physicians and IM/FM physicians with emergency medicine experienceRequired certifications for IM/FM: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (no exceptions)Active NC license and DEABoard certification at the time of name clearThree completed references worked with in the last year with dates
