Coverage Needed: Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a Clinical Information: Will be working alone Number of Patients: 2 patients/hour Daily Census: 26 encounters/day in 24 hour period Required: DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified in one of the following: American Board of Emergency Medicine American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine Family Medicine with EM experience Active FL License Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role FT ER work for the past three years with 6000 hrs cumulative
