Coverage Needed: As soon as credentialed - ongoing Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends Main hospital may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts Clinical Information: Preference for provider to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's Required: DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Requirements: BC/BE EM BC FM or IM with EM experience Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role Active FL License
