This 96-bed not-for-profit facility supports a high-functioning ED with exceptional on-call specialty access and advanced diagnostics. The department offers a full-service model with voice-enabled Epic charting and is ideal for clinicians looking to practice in a collaborative, high-quality environment. ED Volume: 30,000 annual visits ED Beds: 21 Fast Track: 4 dedicated rooms Trauma Rooms: 3 Triage Bays: 3 Internal Waiting Area: Dedicated results pending space Admission Rate: 26% Staffing Model: 3 physician shifts + 2 APP shifts daily with overlap EMR: Epic with voice recognition charting Facility: Newly constructed in December 2019 Support:o On-call hospitalists, general surgery, urology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, hand surgeons, anesthesiology, cardiology, pulmonology, nephrologyo Emergency physicians do not write admitting orders Equipment: Sonosite ultrasound, GlideScope, ACLS-certified nursing staff Transfers routed to a nearby tertiary care center within the same health system Fully staffed by board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available Compensation: Base Compensation: $230/hr (W2) - $270/hr (1099) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000 CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and Rx coverage Malpractice insurance with tail coverage 100% Paid Parental Leave Paid Military Leave Short- and Long-Term Disability (own occupation) Student Loan Refinancing (as low as 2.99%) Intangibles & Professional Development: National Clinical Governance Board (NCGB) 24/7/365 live physician support Professional development programs including:o Scholars (Leadership Training)o Efficiency Academyo Engagement & Experience Academy Internal STAT traveling physician program Annual Clinical Assembly About the Community:Tulsa is a vibrant and growing metro area with a small-town spirit, located in scenic Green Country in Northeastern Oklahoma.
