Emergency Medicine physician employment in Texas : Victoria Emergency Associates (VEA) at Val Verde Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician in Del Rio, Texas. You will be joining a Level IV Trauma Center with 12 ED beds. A strong multi-specialty support team is in place, covering General Surgery, Urology, OB/GYN, Interventional Cardiology, Nephrology, Interventional Radiology, and Pediatrics. The community also has a large Spanish-speaking population; therefore, ideal candidates will have Spanish language skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong, mission-driven group of EM professionals working daily to change lives throughout Del Rio, Texas. Position Details & Benefits: Full-time position, 120 hours/month, 7 am - 7 pm, 7 pm - 7 am Excellent multi-specialty support available Option to enroll in health, dental, and vision insurance plans Qualifications & Requirements: Board-certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with significant ER experience Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (MD/DO) preferred ACLS, PALS, ATLS (not required for BC/EM) Spanish fluency preferred Where Youll Work Val Verde Regional Medical Center (VVRMC) is a full-service hospital serving a diverse community with a commitment to excellence, compassion and innovation.
