Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- ABEM or AOBEM eligible/certified.
- The ability to travel across several states.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- Take advantage of blocked scheduling to support a better work-life balance and provide greater flexibility.
- Shift lengths vary from 8 to 12 hours, accommodating different preferences and needs.

Compensation & Additional Benefits:
- W2 compensation is $315 per hour for new graduates during the first year and $325 per hour for practicing physicians with one or more years of experience.
