Lauderdale, this state-of-the-art, free standing ED is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ED provides treatment for minor injuries and illnesses to the residents of South Broward as a convenient alternative to a hospital emergency department. This facility does not receive EMS patients.

Position Highlights

• 68,000 annual patient visits
• 32 beds
• 48 hours of physician coverage 3 days a week, and 40 hours a day of physician coverage 4 days a week
• No major trauma
• 20-30% pediatric cases
