ABOUT THE FIRMA midsize California law firm with multiple offices across the state is seeking an associate attorney to join its Trial Litigation Practice Group. For over three decades the firm has been recognized as a trusted provider of legal services for high-profile high-stakes matters involving both public sector and private sector clients.The litigation team handles complex high-impact matters in state and federal courts frequently representing governmental agencies. The firm is regularly engaged by transportation authorities counties cities and other public entities on major public infrastructure projects including real estate issues and property acquisition matters such as eminent domain.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe firm is seeking a bright committed and ambitious attorney with three to seven years of experience and a demonstrated focus or interest in real estate and eminent domain litigation.
