Job DescriptionEmployee Benefits Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Compensation PackageSalary: $70000 - $75000 annuallyResponsibilitiesManage a book of business with group sizes ranging from approximately 299 lives and 100 lives.Handle all aspects of employee benefits accounts including quoting new and renewal business.Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.Work with various types of accounts including telemedicine personal health individual and family plans Covered CA Medicare dental and vision.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive office atmosphere.Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.Qualifications/RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management.A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.Proficiency in using agency management software.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to a positive office culture.Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties responsibilities or aspects of the role and it is subject to modification at the employers discretion.#LI-AR1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Vendor Management,Fmla,HIPAA,Analysis Skills,Benefits Administration,HRIS,Filing,Payroll,Employment & Labor Law,ADP,Human Resources,Workday Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 70000 - 75000
