If you are a motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service encourage you to apply.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $60000 - $65000 annuallyBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered401(k): IncludedResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of approximately 50 group accounts ranging from 15-50 lives primarily level-funded and self-funded accounts.Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.Assist with quoting new and renewal business.Collaborate with producers carriers and other team members to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.Participate in occasional in-office meetings for carrier marketing and insured discussions.Qualifications/RequirementsLicensure/Designations: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in employee benefits or a related field is preferred.Skills: Strong generalist knowledge of employee benefits excellent communication and organizational skills and proficiency in AMS360 software.Location: Must be local and able to attend in-office meetings and training as needed.#LI-DR1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Vendor Management,Fmla,HIPAA,Analysis Skills,Benefits Administration,HRIS,Filing,Payroll,Employment & Labor Law,ADP,Human Resources,Workday Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 60000 - 65000
