Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts providing exceptional customer service and cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure their employee benefits needs are met.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accountsCollaborate with clients to understand their employee benefits needs and provide appropriate solutionsConduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review benefits programs and address any concernsMonitor market trends and industry changes to provide proactive recommendations to clientsWork closely with internal teams such as sales underwriting and customer service to ensure client satisfactionStay updated on regulatory and compliance changes to accurately advise clientsQualifications/RequirementsProven experience in account management within the employee benefits or insurance industryStrong understanding of employee benefits products and programsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask prioritize and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the benefits industryProfessional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) is a plusHolds an active L&H (Life and Health) LicenseDisclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties responsibilities or aspects of the role and it is subject to modification at the employers discretion.#LI-TR1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Vendor Management,Fmla,HIPAA,Analysis Skills,Benefits Administration,HRIS,Filing,Payroll,Employment & Labor Law,ADP,Human Resources,Workday Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
