You wont just be observing; you will be supporting a myriad of employee engagement initiatives that shape our employee experiencethink in-office offerings culture transformation and digital engagements. You will assist in the people side of change helping to drive program and initiative adoption across the organization.What Youll Do (Role Expectations)Assist in the design and delivery of Employee Engagement initiatives and change management plans.You will help create the how behind the what crafting communications and resources that drive genuine adoption of new tools and behaviors.Assist with Change Management activities related to new programs policies and system changes that impact the entire employee base examples include:Partnering with the team to curate and execute initiatives that make the hybrid workplace vibrant and collaborative ensuring our San Jose HQ reflects our culture of connection.Embedding of our Zscaler Ways of Working across the organization.
