Responsibilities: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as a key support resource for Team Members across the park, helping foster a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace. In this entry-level role, you will assist with employee concerns, provide guidance on policies, and support the Employee Relations team in maintaining a strong workplace culture built on fairness, consistency, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into Human Resources with no prior experience required .

HOW YOU WILL DO IT
  • Serve as a first point of contact for Team Member questions and basic concerns
  • Assist in documenting employee relations matters and maintaining accurate records
  • Support investigations by gathering information and coordinating meetings as needed
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards
  • Provide general guidance to Team Members on policies, procedures, and expectations
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts
  • Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Support administrative tasks related to Employee Relations functions
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a Human Resources role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior experience required ; entry-level opportunity
