Overview: Employee Relations Assistant (Flex Part-Time)
Job Type: Flexible Part-Time

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into Human Resources with no prior experience required .

HOW YOU WILL DO IT
- Serve as a first point of contact for Team Member questions and basic concerns
- Assist in documenting employee relations matters and maintaining accurate records
- Support investigations by gathering information and coordinating meetings as needed
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards
- Provide general guidance to Team Members on policies, procedures, and expectations
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Support administrative tasks related to Employee Relations functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a Human Resources role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required ; entry-level opportunity
