EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYWAGE & HOUR CLASS ACTION FOCUSLocations: San Diego Los Angeles San Francisco or Palo Alto CAHYBRIDA top-10 AmLaw firm is seeking a non-partnership track Associate Attorney with experience in wage and hour class collective and representative actions to join its Employment Litigation team in one of their California offices. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated litigator to manage sophisticated matters and provide strategic counsel in a dynamic fast-paced practice.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in California in good standing3 years of substantive labor & employment law experienceStrong litigation background with demonstrated experience handling class collective and representative actionsExperience providing California employment advice and counseling including drafting employment and severance agreements policies and handbooksPrior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm strongly preferredExcellent analytical research and writing skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentEffective communication and client management skillsKey ResponsibilitiesManage wage and hour class collective and representative action matters in CaliforniaConduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and discovery responsesHandle litigation management tasks including case strategy and coordination with clients and team membersProvide advice and counseling on California employment law issuesDraft employment agreements severance agreements and employee policies and handbooksSupport clients with proactive risk management strategiesWhy Join UsThis is a compelling opportunity to join a premier employment litigation practice with a strong reputation for excellence in handling complex wage and hour disputes.
