Job Description Job Description Established law firm in Los Angeles seeks a dedicated mid-level associate attorney to join our growing employment law practice. We offer a supportive, collegial work environment with substantial growth potential and comprehensive training for the right candidates.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $180,000 - $240,000+ annually plus bonuses, commensurate with experience

- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- Strong understanding of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively
- Strong research and legal analysis capabilities
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Evaluate merits of employment law cases and develop case strategies
- Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
- Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings
- Conduct depositions, mediations, trials and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
- Research and analyze employment statutes, regulations, and case law
- Supervise and direct support staff
- Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues
