Job Details We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our employment-focused litigation and counseling team in Boston. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of workplace matters for sophisticated clients across multiple industries, with meaningful responsibility from day one. We operate as a collaborative, nationally connected team, providing both litigation support and proactive counseling on complex employment-related issues. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a mix of hands-on litigation experience and strategic advisory work. Responsibilities Handle employment-related litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive filings Manage discovery, including document review, ESI, and responses Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances Conduct internal investigations and witness interviews Advise clients on day-to-day workplace issues and risk mitigation strategies Assist with drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies, and restrictive covenants Collaborate with colleagues across offices on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation Experience handling cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, and workplace disputes Exposure to federal and state employment laws and regulations Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients Experience taking or defending depositions is a plus Prior clerkship experience is a plus but not required Requirements Admission to the Massachusetts Bar Solid academic credentials Experience working in a law firm or similar professional environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interested in hearing more?
