Job Details

Immediate need for an Employment Litigation Attorney based out of Los Angeles or San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for employment litigation, including class action and PAGA matters, and single-plaintiff matters. The ideal hire will come from a large and established defense firm in California or a smaller firm handling sophisticated employment defense matters.

Qualifications
  • Member of the California State Bar
  • 4+ years in employment litigation
  • Understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations
  • Class action and PAGA experience preferred
