Employment Litigation Attorney at Yadegar, Minoofar & Soleymani
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a boutique plaintiffs' employment law firm located in Century City. We represent employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination matters across California. We are reputable lawyers who have successfully tried cases to verdict in all forums. We are eager to train and mentor attorneys to create long-lasting relationships with our colleagues. We offer highly competitive salary (depending on experience).
Our associates work every aspect of our cases including:
• Intake and investigation, including discovery and case development:
o Draft and respond to discovery requests;
o Conduct witness interviews;
o Coordinate document collection and review; and
o Create chronologies.
• Motion practice, including drafting motions, opposing motions and arguing in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Trial preparation & trial
Position Requirements:
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Must be licensed in CA
- Prior employment litigation experience in California
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word and Outlook
- Proficiency in WestLaw
- Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly motivated and be able to work in a team environment
- We require all employees to be vaccinated.
