Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.   Income Guarantee.  This practice provides diagnosis, treatment and long-term care for individuals with diabetes, and other endocrine and metabolic disorders. .  Competitive salary base to begin practice, with eventual move to integrated compensation model based on productivity .  Offer the latest diabetes care technology, including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for diagnosis.  Onsite HbA1c testing.  Paid time away from the practice .  Paid malpractice, relocation assistance, CME time and expense allowance.  $25k starting bonus, $30k retention bonus.   Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
