$200K$250K base salary depending on experience.  WRVU production incentives for additional earning potential.  Signing bonus available.  Relocation assistance provided.  3 weeks PTO to start, increasing with tenure.  Outpatient-only practice with no call responsibilities.  Telephone consults with minimal call ratio.  Patient volume of 20-25 per day.  Take over an established patient panel from a departing physician.  Unique opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive Diabetes Center.  Planned services include infusion center, diabetes education, onsite nutritionist, and pump implants.  Employed position within a stable, multi-specialty group.  Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.  Convenient access to major airports and public transportation.  Enjoy all that NYC offers: world-class dining, culture, entertainment, and diverse communities.  Ideal role for someone looking to make a long-term impact and build a program from the ground up.   Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
