Educational Requirements: You must possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing and personable chair-side manner and the desire to improve within the dental field. You must also be flexible, open and positive. Requirements include: DDS or DMD degree Current dental license in state of hire Must have a current certification specialty in endodontics Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month during your first year of employment Minimum 2 years clinical experience a plus, none required As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
