Want to learn more Click here.ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Central Valleys largest healthcare system our Information Technology Services team supports the technology foundation that powers patient care across multiple hospitalsclinicsand administrative this senior-level role within our Desktop Design and Client Services division the Endpoint Solutions Engineer III helps shape and support enterprise endpoint standards that keep our teams connected secure andoperatingefficiently.Lead the designimplementationand optimization of enterprise endpoint technologies including desktops laptops mobiledevicesand peripherals to ensure systemwide performance and security.Provide advanced troubleshooting and technicalexpertisewhile mentoring team members and supporting the resolution of complex endpoint issues.Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalablereliableand secure endpoint solutions.Contribute to the development of new tools processes and standards that enhance endpoint architecture lifecyclemanagementand user experience across the organization.This is an opportunity to use yourexpertiseto support a mission-driven health system and directlyimpactthe technology that enables safe high-quality care for our region!QualificationsEducation High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Information Technology or related field required Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree and experience requirementsExperience 4 years of information technology experience in a large enterprise environment required Experience in designing implementing and supporting endpoint solutions in an enterprise environment required Experience in Project Management required Enterprise-level experience in SCCM including:Packaging Applications and deploying them.Building Windows Images for new hardware.Managing Software and Hardware Lifecycle within the environment. Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred Enterprise-level experience managing large environments (specifically 9000 physical Windows workstations).This position will be support various desktop environment systems such as VMWare/Omnissa Horizon Microsoft Configuration Manager InTune M365 and Imprivata.Licenses and Certifications One of the following certifications is preferredCompTia Certified: A Server Network Security Linux or relatedMicrosoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Enterprise Administrator Expert Messaging Administrator Associate Security Administrator Associate Teams Administrator Associate Teams Support Engineer Specialty Endpoint Administrator or relatedNutanix Certified: Associate Professional - End User Computing or relatedVMware Certified: Technical Associate or ProfessionalOther relevant systems/endpoint management certificationsDisclaimers Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
