Job Description
Job Title: Endpoint Support Technician Location: Sacramento CA (On-Site) Duration: 10 MonthsPosition OverviewWe are seeking skilled Endpoint Support Technicians to provide on-site IT operational support across multiple office locations in Sacramento CA. This role will primarily assist with the Windows 11 Lifecycle Support initiative as well as day-to-day endpoint hardware and conference room technology support. Candidates must be capable of working independently managing support tickets and traveling locally between designated office sites.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site technical support across assigned office locationsTravel between local office sites using personal vehicle (mileage typically reimbursable per company policy)Support Windows 11 lifecycle tasks including deployments troubleshooting and user assistancePerform hardware and software inventory auditsCarry out lifecycle replacement services for desktops laptops and related devicesDeliver technical support for computer hardware peripherals and software applicationsAssist with conference room equipment setup troubleshooting and maintenanceSupport technology needs for committee and board meetingsComplete tasks within the service ticketing platform in a timely mannerMaintain consistent end-user support during normal business hoursMandatory RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience delivering fully functional and operationalized IT support solutionsTechnical support experience within the past 3 yearsHands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 11Minimum 2 years supporting desktops laptops and tablets in an enterprise domain environmentMinimum 2 years of experience with Windows OS and user profile supportMinimum 2 years of imaging experienceExperience installing maintaining diagnosing and preparing computer hardware printers plotters and peripherals in a networked environmentExperience with OS and hardware lifecycle replacement processesMust have a reliable personal vehicle for travel between office locations (approx. 7.4 miles apart)Desired QualificationsCompTIA Technician certificationServiceNow or similar ticketing system experienceExperience with software installations and application updatesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing software and system issuesFor more details reach at About Navitas Partners LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing Technical / IT staffing firms in the US providing services to numerous clients.
