This position may be based in any office and it is hybrid with preference given to candidateson Pacific Time. As a member of the Energy Solutions team you will have a broad impact on energyefficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for major North American utilitiesprogram administrators and other national leaders in energy efficiency. This opportunity paired withEnergy Solutions mission driven approach creates a perfect environment for an individual who wants toexercise their technical and organizational skills while shaping the nations energy future.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Enabling the implementation of a suite of energy efficiency and electrification programs throughlaunching and monitoring low-code solutions on Energy Solutions proprietary softwareplatforms.Tackling a variety of implementation responsibilities for a large energy efficiency programoperating in California: claim processing outreach support and/or engineering support.Translating a variety of energy program and equipment details from nontechnical to technicalaudiences and vice versa.Conducting user acceptance testing on behalf of web application users.Providing technical support to peers in nontechnical roles primarily by working with internalclients to debug reproduce document and fix problems on production web application systemsMinimum qualifications:A bachelors degree with a quantitative focus e.g. environmental science engineeringinformation systems management a similar quantitative field or a non-technical field with sometechnical experience. Degree may be replaced by equivalent work experience.Experience using Microsoft Office including Microsoft ExcelExcellent personal accountability and organization including ability to balance competingprioritiesAbility to troubleshoot problems involving formulas or complex data sets independentlyExcellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterest in working in a mission-driven and collaborative team environmentPreference will be given to candidates with prior energy industry and/or technical experiencee.g. knowledge of energy efficient technologies or the ability to read/write simple code snippetsThe salary range for this role is $60000$70000/ Annually with a target compensation of $60000 - $66500/ Annually based on experience and qualifications.Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
