ResponsibilitiesThe key functions of the Energy Marshall LOTO Manager is a significant part of the construction and commissioning efforts ensuring focus and compliance for all types of energy isolation. This is an assurance role that helps ensure the vendors and constractors Energy Isolation Program meets and exceeds all standards and policies.Oversee all aspects of a complex electricalstructures and construction project ensuring OSHA complianceEstablish and manages an Energy and Isolation Program that will be implemented throughout the projectParticipate in High Risk Activity (HRA) planning meetings associated with Energy Isolation.Ensures approval process for proposedEnergy Isolation procedures is in placeEnsures all SoWs MOPS and Scripts are reviewed and all sources of energy are established.Determine if a groupor individual LOTO will be requiredServes as an independent authority for stopping all unsafe work practices regarding Energy IsolationAttend safety department and management meetings training workshops and daily activity briefingsQualifications10 years of solid Safety Management in Electrical Construction and MEP required or 15 years working as a Master Electrician Supervisor on complex projectsAdvanced working knowledge of SPS-101 Energy IsolationguidelinesMust have experience working a data center build or similarenvironmentExtensive experience in contractor communications and liaising with design teams and other project professionalsBachelors degree in a safety related field preferredMaster Electrician with a solid safety background is highly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient computer skillsEmbody HazTeks Core Values of Integrity Compassion Dependability Leadership AccountabilityOverviewHazTek Safety Management is a full-service objective safety partner founded in 1997.
