What we offer you Medical Rx Dental Disability Life Insurance Flexible Spending AccountsRetirement Savings Plans with Company Match/ContributionsWhat you will be doing ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor and analyse general ledger account balances and ensure accuracy and completenessPrepare journal entries perform analyses and comparisons to subsidiary ledgers and financial reports.Maintain chart of accountReview new accounts to ensure proper coding for general ledger and financial reportingOrganize coding for new reports or cost center as requiredResponsible to oversee a Bi-weekly Payroll processUpdate and maintain data and prepare a wide range of periodic and special financial reports involving sales invoicing outstanding receivables inventory and other key management informationParticipate in monthly financial closing activities and prepare financial statementsParticipate in Plant Management Meetings and business needsReconcile accounts relating to foreign and domestic intercompany transactionsPrepare cost analyses to determine standard costs of production and prepare special and periodic reports of production data for company industry and governmental reporting.Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups.Knowledge of Hydros safety environmental and quality standards.Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions.Adheres to all company policies and procedures.Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition.Requires the ability to perform all duties to operate all equipment all within limitation of the standard methods and procedures and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE quality and productivity requirements.What will make you successful EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in accountingMinimum of three years prior general ledger experienceStrong PC skills and interpersonal communication skills.Critical and Theoretical thinkingExperience in managing personnel and mentoring team membersExceptional attention to detail.Works well in teams and independentlyAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationAdvanced in MS Excel and Data base management as MS AccessKnowledge of process related standardsGood written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of process related standards.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Cognos,Forecasting,Hyperion,Dealership Experience,QuickBooks,Accounting,Corporate Finance,Financial Analysis,Financial Modeling,Budgeting,Financial Management,Financial Planning Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
