Job Description: Our client who manufactures specialized machinery and equipment supports industries that require the highest levels of precision metal surface finishings and performance in abrasive flow is looking to add an Engineer Coordinator to their team.The Engineering Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the engineering department, ensuring efficient project execution, document control, and coordination across functional teams including Project Management, Sourcing, Assembly, Contract Shop, Applications, and Service. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate engineering data, drawings, bills of materials, and change orders, and for ensuring that information is current and effectively communicated across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist engineers with planning, scheduling, and tracking the progress of engineering projectsMonitor timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completionDocumentation & Data ManagementMaintain and update engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical filesManage engineering change requests and change orders through established workflowsEnsure document control processes comply with ISO proceduresCross-Functional CommunicationTrack and manage technical support requests from Assembly, Sourcing, Service, Applications, Contract Shop, and Proposal EngineeringAdministrative & System SupportUpdate drawings with redlinesGenerate part numbers and revisionsAssist in preparing engineering KPI reportsCapture meeting minutes and track follow-up actionsPrepare status reports and progress updates for managementQualifications & Education RequirementsAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical fieldExperience1–3 years in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical support roleExperience with CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred)CompetenciesStrong organizational skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to manage and track multiple project tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with MS OfficeUnderstanding of manufacturing processesAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
